Payment Information: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for all online orders. We do not accept any International orders.

Credit Card Safety: Our goal is to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience. When placing an order online, your information is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard. To check the security of your connection, view the lower corner of your browser window as you place your order. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".

In order to protect ourselves and the general consumer from fraudulent activity/transactions and to avoid any chargeback claims from a customer/credit card issuer, we must ship to a verified billing address.

Shipping Information: Orders received by Daljeets.com are generally shipped via UPS or USPS Priority mail within 3 business days, holidays and weekends excluded. Free GROUND shipping is provided by Daljeets for orders over $150 excluding taxes and shipping fees. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping as UPS does not offer ground service to these locations. Orders under $150 are determined by weight and will be calculated during the checkout process. Insurance is added to all orders for your protection.

We do not ship to international addresses or PO Box addresses however, we do ship to FPO/APO addresses, via USPS, for our friends in the Military!

For air shipments (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air) your order must be received on any business day by 10:30am PST in order for it to be processed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the following business day. Business days include Monday thru Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Due to the high risk of fraud, orders can only be shipped to a verified billing address. Signature is required for all shipments. No exceptions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the corresponding shipper's website. Tracking your package will enable you to determine your package delivery date.

Daljeets is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you may file a claim by contacting the appropriate shipping company.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been submitted, it CANNOT be canceled. No exceptions. The order will be subject to the regular DALJEETS Returns/Exchanges policy.

Returns/Exchanges: We encourage ordering carefully! So please, think each purchase through before ordering. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any specific questions or concerns about an item(s), feel free to send us an e-mail at customerservice@daljeets.com. From October 1 thru November 15th we cannot accept returns on any Halloween Merchandise.

To make a return, please notify DALJEETS.com via e-mail at returns@daljeets.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return request notification,we will email you RMA request form to fill out and email back to us for approval. Upon approval we will e-mail you a return merchandise authorization # (RMA #) along with instructions to complete your return. The RMA # must be clearly written on the return package for prompt processing and a copy of your original receipt must be in the box.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will only waive the 15% restocking fee if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or a transaction error was made by us or by one of our suppliers. Items MUST be returned in NEW; UNUSED condition with no sign of wear, no scuff marks, no tears, no make-up stains, no cologne, no cigarette and no body odors! Clothing items must be folded neatly with all tags attached. Shoes and boots MUST be returned in their original box in the condition they were received - with no tape, stickers, labels or markings added. This is necessary for item resale. Customers who do not return shoes and boot boxes in the condition they were received will be subject to a $5.00 box replacement fee. Returned items that are in any condition other than NEW will be refused, charged at the full amount plus shipping and returned to sender. Returned item(s) without an issued RMA # confirmation will be refused and returned to sender. Failure to notify DALJEETS.com within the 7 day return period will result in refusal of the return.

If your order qualified for free shipping and is being returned for reasons other than defect or error, any shipping cost Daljeets.com incurred to ship your order will be subtracted from your credit amount.

All sale items, undergarments items, hosiery items, special order items, or noted as final sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions!

We recommend returned items are insured and that required signature acceptance is requested to ensure confirmation of delivery. DALJEETS.com will not be held responsible for packages that we do not receive or that are damaged during transit.

Upon return approval, please allow up to 10 days for returns to be processed. Return credit will get applied to original account used for purchase, or store credit.

Exchanges or store credit will only be granted if item return conditions and procedures stated above are followed and approved. For equal exchange or store credit, the 15% restocking fee will be waived. However, additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges.

Refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs occurred.
